The US Dept of Veterans Affairs has been partnering with the Harvard Kennedy School for the past 4 years as clients for a graduate class: Government & Innovation DPI 663
A team of students were paired with a Government agency to help partner in gathering human centered design insights that can help technologists better serve users and citizens. I led our group as the client and they helped the VA gather user interviews and stories about how we’re communicating with them — and what we could be doing more effectively.
