[ Work in Progress ]

As part of my New Year's resolution, I wanted to paint more. I have a larger idea for a two canvas piece that I hope to complete by the end of the year, however I realize I haven't painted in some four years. With that said, I wanted to paint this smaller 12x12 canvas as an exploration of color and technique. The piece is about 70% done, I'm hoping to add more layers of texture to make the details finer and 'hairier'.
